Our idea #50 comes from the fact that now you are more than just the sum of your work, you are now also the sum of who you know and who you are connected to socially. If you aren’t connecting with people socially that you know in the workplace, you are missing out on an opportunity to advance your career and build future opportunities for yourself. Not only that as a company, connecting socially with those you do business with enhances your reach and opens you up to things like referrals, testimonials and candid conversations with customers. All of these are opportunities to shine.
