When you think of an evening out, you don’t think of it in terms of 4000 other people joining you, which can create, a little bit of a traffic jam (think L.A. rush hour, or Atlanta if you’ve lived or been there). Well Sage has thought of that in advance. How will they transport the some 4000 attendees from the Gaylord Hotel to the Air and Space Museum?

Well, in the span of 1-hour an orchestrated move starting at 6:55 P.M. will be made as customer’s board by the alphabet. Yes, the alphabet. You will be transported in alphabetic order by the name of your company. This way if there is more than one person with your company, you can get on the same bus.

The schedule will be communicated in print, signs, live announcements, social media, text messaging and by humans giving directions (doesn’t this sound fun). So, just in case you were thinking this was going to be easy….it might require you to pay attention to get there.

For partners, joining customers, good news… you will be able to board any bus at any time to join your customers. This way you don’t have to worry about getting to the event and finding that special customer to spend time with.

I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty excited to watch this whole thing go down. From personal experience the Summit crews at Sage are the best event planners around, so I know this will be something to write about as I stand in awe and watch 4000 people be transported without a hitch.
